Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Respond promptly to customer repair tickets and service calls, serving as a primary point of contact in the field
- Drive to customer locations to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on coffee, water, and ice equipment
- Install new equipment and machines at customer sites
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, making adjustments to machine operations as needed
- Clean and refurbish coffee machines to manufacturer standards
- Inspect and prepare new machines and equipment prior to deployment
- Perform filter changes and work with 1/4" and 3/8" plumbing lines
- Communicate effectively with customers to build and maintain strong service relationships
You Should Have Most of the Following
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with electrical systems
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with plumbing
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to commute to Springfield, OH
- Physical capability to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 75 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Comfort working in varying environmental conditions including wet, humid, hot, and cold settings
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work independently in the field
Nice to Have
- Experience working with 1/4" and 3/8" plumbing lines in a commercial or light commercial setting
