I started BreakPoint Talent in Cleveland with a simple belief: a new job can genuinely change someone's life, and the people helping you find it should act like it.
I've spent my career recruiting full-desk, and today I focus on what I know best: accounting, tax and finance. Tax managers at growing CPA firms. Audit seniors looking for a better path. Finance leaders ready for their next seat. Every person I represent hears from me directly, from the first call to the signed offer.
Together with my partner, Austin, we built BreakPoint to be the firm we'd want to work with ourselves: honest, fast, and always in your corner.

Most recruiting firms use technology to talk to more people with less effort. We went the other way. We designed and built our own platform, ACE, which uses AI to take care of the admin that eats a recruiter's day: organizing resumes, writing up job details, scheduling and follow-up reminders.
Every hour ACE saves goes back into what matters: real conversations, honest feedback, and making sure nobody is left wondering what happened to their application.
