Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and review the work of the tax team
- Oversee the preparation and review of individual tax returns
- Oversee the preparation and review of business tax returns
- Oversee the preparation and review of trust and estate returns
- Provide tax planning and consulting to clients
- Mentor and develop tax staff
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
You Should Have Most of the Following
- Active CPA license (preferred)
- 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Some experience reviewing the work of others
- Strong technical tax knowledge across individual, business, and trust and estate work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to mentor and lead a team
- Comfort managing client relationships and delivering tax planning advice
